Kindly note that our cancellation policy requires a 24 hour notice from date and time of appointment and 48 hours for hair extension appointments. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please phone or text to confirm that we can still accommodate you with respect to other clients that are booked following your appointment.

No shows are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Please note: There are no returns on purchased hair, so please choose wisely. Be sure to thoroughly discuss your custom color choices at the time of your consultation. All extension appointments require a non refundable 65% deposit for hair purchases upon scheduling your installation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival for your installation appointment.
